When VMware sent out the email announcing the newly minted and freshly polished VMware vExpert awards, I was truly humbled to be added to such a fine group of people. In addition to myself, another Hyper9 employee, Andrew Kutz, also received the award. Andrew has done a lot of great work for the virtualization community over the years, and the award was well deserved indeed.
Andrew and I are both proud and excited to be named as members of VMware's vExpert group, and we thank John Troyer and VMware for the honor.
Hyper9 was equally thrilled to hear the news, realizing that two of the 300 vExpert members were Hyper9 employees.
As VMworld Europe came to a close, and all those vExperts boarded their planes to head back home, one could only imagine what the scene looked like...
that is, until I found this photo.

"A new age has begun, an age of virtualization. And all will know that 300 vExperts gave their last breath to spread the word."
Congrats to everyone in the 300! HA-OOH!
