My company uses non alphanumeric keys in our usernames to distinguish roles.  Are there any plans to allow non alphanumeric keys in the username field?

Thanks for your request - this is something we are looking into.  Do you have some examples of non alpanumeric keys that you are using?  Are these users defined in Active Directory?

Example key would be the period

example usage would be johndoe.adm the .adm makes it a bit quicker to spot administrator accounts within active directory object lists.

Yes these are user accounts defined within our ad domain.
